What changes

You were taught to refer this work out. Now you learn to hold it.

Integration Coaching helps a client embody what has already shifted. Transformation Coaching goes to where the pattern was formed, and holds the space while it releases and something chosen takes its place.

The scope widens, and so does what you carry. You will learn a defined boundary, a rehearsed way of stopping, and you will have one of us coaching you on your sessions the whole way through.

Session Framework

The Root Level Change Session.

Every session you facilitate moves through a twelve-part flow. You learn the room first. The doors come after — and each one opens from the same place in the same container.

  1. 01
    Arrival
Grounding the client into present-moment awareness.
  2. 02
    Awareness Tracking
    Following what is already moving.
  3. 03
    Intention Setting
What the client is here for today.
  4. 04
    Subconscious Access
    The descent. Alpha, then theta.
  5. 05
    Root Level Exploration
Meeting what is there, without rushing it.
  6. 06
    Root Level Change
    Where the old releases.
  7. 07
    Root Level Replacement
The client chooses what fills the space.
  8. 08
    Post-Change Reflection
Noticing what it is like to have it.
  9. 09
    Safe Return to Conscious
    The ascent. Oriented, settled, complete.
  10. 10
    Integration Reflection
Where else might this show up in life?
  11. 11
    Practice Design
A small, embodied practice for the week.
  12. 12
    Closing
Grounding, completion, and felt sense of arrival.
Four learning environments

Depth is built by repetition — not by watching someone else go there.

Live Training

Eighteen 90-minute sessions following the Embodied Pathway rhythm: arrival, teaching, demonstration, debrief, and grounding. Teaching is the longest part. This work asks more of theory, not less.

Weekly Video and Journaling

A video and a written teaching piece every week for all 36 weeks, lab weeks included. The rhythm you are already in.

Practice Labs

Eighteen labs, in two breakout rooms with a founder in each. Early labs practise one part of the container at a time. From week 10, full containers with rotating Coach, Client, and Observer.

Alpha Client Practice

Real client work from week 15, with weekly coaching from us on the sessions you record. Forty hours across at least three clients — long enough to walk a client through an arc, not just a session.

Calendar

Thirty-six weeks. The holidays are yours.

Nine months of program, delivered across about ten and a half months. The break is a real break.

Weeks 1–8 · September 24 to mid November
The spine.

Orientation and the three pillars. The Client State Model and Coach Decision Tree, seen through a transformation lens. Alpha into theta. Exploration, change, and replacement. Labs practise one part at a time.

Continuous, with breaks on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve
Three breaks.

The training runs continuously through the year. We pause for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve — no sessions or labs on those days, otherwise the rhythm holds.

Weeks 9–36 · Mid November through the spring
The doors.

Inner child, then regression, retrievals, generational and lineage work, and past life work. Full containers in lab from week 10. Alpha client practice opens at week 15.

Before you begin

Certification as an Embodied Pathway Integration Coach.

Finding your clients

You source your own, and you choose people you can safely hold within your scope. Friends and colleagues work well. Family members are not appropriate for this work.

Coaching on your coaching

Root-level sessions with your alpha clients are recorded, and one of us watches them and coaches you on what we see. Every week, all year. It is the closest thing to having someone in the room with you.

Practice with a founder present

One of us is in every lab, in both breakout rooms. You will hold full containers with a founder there to support you before you ever take a client into this work alone.

Your own process

You will sit in the client chair regularly, and you will be taken into inner child work, regression, retrievals, lineage, and past life processes. Your own material will open. This is some of the deepest learning in the program, and we would rather you know it is coming than meet it by surprise. Personal coaching alongside the training is strongly suggested.

What graduates leave with

Trained to hold transformation — and in several ways of working with it.

You are trained in how to hold transformation with a client, and in several ways of working with transformation. You meet what is present with the client and choose the tools and approaches that fit.

Graduates are certified as Embodied Pathway Transformation Coaches, with a practice minimum of 40 hours across at least three alpha clients.

  • Hold a complete twelve-part Root Level Change container
  • Guide a client into theta and back — oriented, settled, complete
  • Read state and capacity, and choose depth accordingly
  • Stay present with intense material without rushing, fixing, or supplying meaning
  • Offer Root Level Replacement cleanly, and supply nothing
  • Recognise what exceeds your scope, bring the client back to safety, and refer out
  • Practise the mechanics of inner child, regression, retrieval, lineage, and past life work
